Written by Michael and Alan 'Buz' Kohan, at the Shrine Auditorium - venue for Sammy Davis, Jr.'s 60th Anniversary Show, on November 13th 1989. Performed by Michael - for the one and only time - at the show, after which he was heard saying he would never sing the song again, as it was 'Sammy's song.' Registered with the United States Copyright office in Dec. 1989.

Oh I love this.. Michael's performance during this event was spectacular... His voice like many have said was the sound of an angel singing....
